#TheFinalRose

The Bachelorette. Let’s talk about it. I have so many things to say about this season that I don’t even know where to begin. So naturally I’ll begin at the end. Like every other woman in America, on Monday I curled up on the couch for a girls’ night to watch the finale of the Bachelorette for what felt like the 8 billionth time. Watching the Bachelor/Bachelorette without friends to make commentary with is like finding a unicorn without a horn – you just don’t. Overlooked Joys of the Female Life

Typical. Recently I’ve found myself thinking this sarcastic response a bit too often, and it got me thinking about the daily struggles I often encounter as a female. Buuut I’ve always been a fall/winter kinda girl, and the gray skies are giving me just the excuse I need to curl up on the couch with a warm cup of tea and some Netflix. Better than that, I feel more than justified rocking that vampy lip that I love oh-so-dearly. My skin tone is beyond pale, and I love the contrast between a light complexion and statement lips. The berry lip is a staple in the cooler seasons, but anyone who says to save it exclusively for…
