Cinnamon Roasted Vegetables & How to Make a Sweet Keto Yogurt Bowl

One of my specialties is discovering new ways to incorporate more vegetables into my diet. Vegetables are so versatile, and I truly love them. However, so many people tell me they don’t like them and don’t want to eat them. To that I say… You just haven’t found the best way to cook them! There are countless ways to season vegetables and transform the way they taste – you just have to experiment until you figure out what you like the best. Once you do, you won’t even realize you’re eating veggies. One of my favorite tricks? Cinnamon roasted veggies! You’ve probably seen your fair share of…

Paleo / Vegan Nut Milk Pulp “Hummus”

Hummus and I broke up awhile ago, but we have a lot of history that I’ll never forget. We had a lot of good times together, and we didn’t end on bad terms. When I see hummus now, it makes me nostalgic. I haven’t had real hummus in two years since going paleo, but it was a staple in my diet for most of my life. I was a hummus addict. Golden Milk Pudding / Jell-O (Gluten-free / Paleo / AIP-Friendly)

Good ole’ golden milk. It’s all over the Internet. I don’t mean to sound super cool or anything, buuuut I’ve been drinking golden milk for quite a few years now. Pre-popularity. It’s such a basic recipe that I never thought to even put it on the blog, but I recently came up with a new twist on the old classic. Golden. Milk. Pudding. As much as I love golden milk, I much prefer to eat something rather than drink something. I like substance. There’s also something really soothing about a pudding or a Jell-O. It brings me back to my childhood when…

Thanksgiving 2016 Recipe Roundup!

Thanksgiving is almost a week away! ….What?! Where has the time gone?! I know it’s cliche to say, but it’s so true. Whenever a holiday comes up, I dedicate extra time to Pinterest/blog stalking for festive recipes. Does anyone else think it’s weird that we associate specific foods and flavors with certain holidays? Like, who decided that? I mean, don’t get me wrong – I love it! I’ve only posted 8,000 pumpkin recipes this fall. Nonetheless, I still think it’s interesting. Thanksgiving is definitely one of my favorite holidays. How could it not be? It’s all about food, and we all know there’s nothing I…

Holiday Soiree

The holiday season is always a busy time for everyone, but this year it feels especially jam packed with things to do. For example, last week was insanely busy for me because it consisted entirely of prepping for my family’s Holiday Soiree! Back in the day, my parents threw an annual Christmas party during the holidays and invited all of our friends and family. It was always one of my favorite days of the year growing up because it was like a huge reunion for everyone I loved most, and I got to see people I didn’t normally get to spend time with.…
