Warm Vanilla Cauliflower Collagen Pudding (Sugar-Free, Paleo)

Here I am again with another “weird” “dessert” recipe. I put those words in quotes because to me it’s not weird, but I know other people think my food combinations are strange. That’s okay – I embrace it. I sort of pride myself on that. Also, I consider this a dessert recipe, because my taste buds respond to this like a dessert. As I’ve mentioned before, being sugar-free for almost a year really does change your taste buds. It only takes a little bit of natural sweetness for something to taste like a full-on dessert to me, and I know many of…

Sugar-Free Apple Pie Gut-Healing Gummies (Paleo / Keto)

Now that the holidays are over, I think it’s time to show our guts some extra love – don’t ya think? These cute little gummies are my most recent addiction for about a million reasons, including their gut-healing properties. Not only are they incredibly simple to pull together, but they’re so delicious and have a ton of health benefits, too! We all know I’m a huge fan of Vital Proteins, and people always ask me what to do with Vital Proteins Gelatin! Paleo / Vegan Cauliflower Mac ‘N Cheese Bake

This is one of those recipes that isn’t very aesthetically pleasing, but then you take a bite and basically melt in a puddle of happiness. PALEO AND VEGAN MAC ‘N CHEESE. It’s almost too delicious to be real. I have to be honest – this only lasted one full day in my fridge, and even that required a lot of self-control. This is basically my ideal comfort meal, and the second I took a bite I knew I had to share the recipe immediately. I’ve been dying to make a paleo version of mac ‘n cheese for a looooong time. The…

Almond Chive “Cheese” (Vegan / Paleo)

I’m incredibly grateful for the fact that nuts somehow can magically be made into dairy-free “cheese.” I honestly love nut “cheese” more than I ever loved regular cheese. For some reason, I feel like it has a more potent flavor… almost like it has more character to it. Plus, it doesn’t completely destroy my digestion the way that regular dairy does! In L.A., I’m lucky enough to have access to a lot of “fancy” nut cheeses at the grocery store. Kite Hill, Treeline, and Leaf Cuisine are a few popular brands that you might be familiar with. As yummy as…

“Clean Out the Fridge” Veggie Green Sauce (Paleo / Vegan)

I know not everyone feels this way, but I love my greens more than anything. My motto is, “The greener the better!” I didn’t always love vegetables this much, though. It took me awhile to figure out how to fall in love with them, but now I like my bowls to be as “green” as possible. My mission is to help other people learn to love their veggies, too, and to teach them to sneak as many as they can into their meals. I’m about to share one of the best tricks I have for doing just that. Another thing I’m…
