What I Eat in A Day…Every Day (Paleo and Keto)

Let’s be honest – everyone is curious about “What I Eat in a Day” posts. I might want to write a separate post addressing why they’re so fascinating to so many people and my opinions on that, but that’s not the point of this one. I get asked pretty often to make a “What I Eat in a Day,” and I’ve been very torn about it. Part of me wants to do it because I want to show you guys how much I eat in a day, since I think way too many people in this industry undereat. I also want to do it because…

How Stress Is Harming My Physical Health

This past week I have (ironically) been extremely stressed out over something I have always known and am constantly reminded of but always try to push out of my mind. My stress is making it impossible for me to fully heal my stomach and take care of my health. When my mysterious stomach illness left me in horrible health last year, I realized that lowering my stress levels needed to be a major component of my recovery. I took time off from school. While many of these were released…

2017 Goals. NOT Resolutions.

HAPPY 2017! I spent New Year’s Eve taking a super sweaty hot yoga class lead by Jordan, which was followed by a guided meditation lead by Sophie Jaffe. It was amazing. The entire night was extremely calming and enlightening, and being surrounded by so much positivity and love was the best way to bring in the new year. After the meditation, we journaled and set intentions, which got my mind racing. I journaled hard, and I really realized how much I want to accomplish in the next year. RESOLUTIONS. Not a fan. I wrote about it a little bit last year, but basically I think…

12 Things I Learned in 2016

2016 might be over, but I still found myself writing 2013 on my paper the other day. I’m clearly struggling to keep up with the times. I know you’ve probably read a million posts with this same exact title already, but I still want to write mine. Personally, I love reading these kinds of posts. It’s so interesting and enlightening to see what others have been through in the past year and how it changed them. These posts are also a great source of inspo for new perspectives to take and new things to think about in the upcoming year. Maybe…
