I’m definitely not a fan of the nutrition plan but I think the workout guide is a great place to start for someone who doesn’t know how to get into an exercise routine! I personally think the guide is too cardio heavy and can promote overexercise toward the in some people. I don’t think people should be doing two-a-day workouts. But I really like the resistance workouts and think the guides are a great source of inspo for individual workouts!

Aww thank you so much! I definitely can write more posts about mental health. For me the most important thing was working with a professional. Seeing a therapist completely changed my life and I recommend it to everybody. Beyond that, figuring out what kind of coping mechanisms work best for you. There are also lifestyle factors to adjust – evaluating your relationships, eating properly and exercising, having a job you enjoy, and so on. Never be afraid to ask for help or to confide in a friend!

I deal with post meal bloating all. the. time. i want to start an elimination diet so I can pinpoint what’s irritating my digestion. do you have any suggestions on what the best resources are that are good guides for elimination diets? 30. June 2017

Honestly I think that working with someone is your best bet. I know a lot of people who have tried it themselves and just have caused more issues or not been able to get to the bottom of it because they didn’t go about it the right way. Elimination diets can be tricky! Common irritants are gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, alcohol, and processed foods. You can look into things like the Whole 30, the low-FODMAP diet, and the 21 Sugar Detox Diet for more ideas!
